Our mid century modern tasting room will transport you to a colorful, exciting world that brings together past, present, and future. We offer a list of constantly changing craft cocktails. Enjoy our indoor bar and lounge area or our beautiful outdoor patio.

Spend your time hanging out with family and friends or join us on an educational tour of the distillery. See our production space, bottling area, and barrel house while learning about the distilling process, the history of distilling and alcohol, and Patchogue's role in alcohol history. After the tour you'll be given a tasting flight of our craft spirits.

Enhance your distillery experience by participating in any number of our special events and programs such as a cocktail class or American Whiskey Experience.
The tasting room is also available for rent for private events.
